Volière wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. Should your product be received damaged or unusable, please contact us via our contact page. We will instruct you on how to return your purchase.
To receive a full refund, you must return your purchase within 30 days of purchase. Your purchase must be returned in new condition (UNUSED) with original packaging and accessories. Credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned materials.
There is no refund for change of mind.
If the product is deemed damaged or unsafe you have the option for a refund or replacement.
If the product is deemed safe and useable the customer is responsible for return postage costs ack to the client. Volière will not be held accountable for return postage
We at Volière recommend adding insurance to your orders if ordering candles and other glasswares.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any shipping charges incurred when returning a product. It is the customers responsibility to return the items to Volière. Please make that you have correctly packaged your items to ensure that they arrive back to us in whole and undamaged condition as we are not liable for any breakages upon return of these items.
We cannot refund your money if you use any portion of your candle(s) or other products you purchase on our site.
